We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, drive sales growth, and expand market presence across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Chase brand and Surya Flame product portfolio.
Build strong brand awareness and customer loyalty across Nepal.
Plan annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media promotions.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing investments for maximum ROI.
Trade Marketing & Sales Support
Design and execute dealer, distributor, and retailer engagement programs.
Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and trade events.
Develop sales support materials including catalogs, brochures, banners, and product presentations.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Advertising & Communications
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.
Oversee content creation, branding materials, and public relations activities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Market Research & Analytics
Conduct customer surveys and market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Product Marketing
Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
Educate customers and channel partners about product features and benefits.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer durables, home appliances, kitchen appliances, FMCG, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in brand management and trade marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
